I know what it feels like to struggle with your reflection. I’ve been there—hating what I saw in the mirror. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing what’s worked for me and for my clients, helping you make meaningful strides in your journey to self-love.

Having battled Body Dysmorphic Disorder myself, I understand the deep pain that comes with not feeling comfortable in your own skin. My promise is to guide you through this journey with compassion and insight. With over 20 years of experience helping women feel better in their bodies, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible transformation that comes from truly embracing who you are.

I view the body as a vessel for your soul, and my approach blends years of experience in the beauty industry, nursing, coaching and menopause wellness to support you through every stage of your life. Let’s break down those barriers of self-doubt and unrealistic standards together.
